ehobden Posted May 4, 2021 Share Posted May 4, 2021 Hi all, Feeling super naseaous and overall maligned since yesterday. This is my second round of whole 30 but its been about two years. FYI-- I drink about 96oz of water per day. Here is what I have ate the past three days (All items are compliant): Day 1: breakfast: three egg scramble with scallion, tomato, and two pork breakfast sausage + almond milk latte *skipped lunch, wasn't hungry* dinner: steak, potato, chard, english peas, and a big green salad Day 2: breakfast: bacon, tomato, scallion, onion, spinach frittata slice with Crystal hot sauce + coffee lunch: salad with tuna salad (used a whole can of tuna) snack: apple slices, Rx bar dinner: sausage, fennel, kale ragu over cauliflower mash Day 3: breakfast: bacon, tomato, scallion, onion, spinach frittata slice with Crystal hot sauce + coffee + 1/2 avocado lunch: sausage, fennel, kale ragu over cauliflower mash + 1/2 avocado dinner: bison, sweet potato, chard hash Am i not eating enough? Kate16 Posted June 24, 2021 Share Posted June 24, 2021 Hmmm... I'm not sure if it's normal but I'm on day 2 and feel the same. General achiness, super tired, nauseated, and lack of appetite. Hoping someone else will know. Starting to wonder if I'm actually sick and need to call off the whole30 for another time. It seems borderline with the normal side of things and the abnormal side.
