Gilraen Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 Hi, I proudly respect the Whole30 for 3 days and everything is fine. Tonight I really felt dizzy so in order to be able to cook I had some nuts (almonds, cashew, hazelnuts, walnuts - very few, like one or two of each) and some sunflower seeds and flaxseeds. Then I cooked a curry-coconut chicken with some pineapple and a big lettuce pomelo salad. Immediately after that my belly bloated and my guts were very painful! Do you think that I ate too much fruits? I had very few these last days and eat them only when incorporated to a salted recipe. But tonight I felt the need to have some more. Is it bad?
