Bought Optifiber same as Benefiber and now don't know if can use it or not on the plan. Am a big salad eater and this is killing me not being able to eat such food. Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 11, 2022 Moderators Share Posted April 11, 2022 Ideally you'd find one of these supplements that is compatible with the Whole30 (no sugar/sweetners) but this is a doctor's orders type thing so just find the item most compatible with the program and use that.
