Yesterday's log, since I got a late start it's only day 1 for me

Breakfast: Black coffee, water

Lunch: Bacon, 2 eggs fried in bacon grease, 1 cup raw spinach with 1/3c strawberries, 1/2 avocado

Dinner: 1/3 lb ground round patty, 2T guacamole, sliced tomatoes, spinach sauteed in olive oil, black olives

After Dinner: 2T coconut butter, hot tea

Need to drink more water. Did not sleep well AT ALL! Fell asleep from 1:30-4:30 and again from 6:30-7:30 so 4 hours. Body feels "anxious" although there's nothing going on right now I should worry about...

Coffee and water does not measure up as breakfast. You need a serving of protein and some veggies. Eating a real breakfast within an hour of waking in the morning helps to get your hormones in their proper rhythm and that has a cascading beneficial effect. So even if you don't feel hungry, it is important to eat a real meal.

Thanks Tom! I know...I had this problem the first go around as well, until about day 7. Very nauseaus. I managed brekkie this morning but couldn't tolerate lunch.

Breakfast: Scotch egg Whole30 approved, Bubbie's sauerkraut, black olives, coffee

Lunch: Couldn't handle food-I managed a YAWP bar about 2:00

Dinner: Well Fed's Chocolate chili, raw spinach, small honeycrisp apple with coconut butter
