Super easy lunch/dinner - maybe even b-fast

I mix two cans of Tuna -

with half of the olive oil drained - (so good on its own but better with extras below)

With 7 diced kalamata olives and 7 diced vine tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of olive juice.

Mix thoroughtly and add sea salt, pepper and citrus blend (Found at Shop Rite by me but problably at any Wegmans, Whole Foods or even A&P)'n+Herb+Seasoning

This takes just a few mintes if you can have the ingrediants available and you have an awesome meal. I put my mixture in tupperware and add to salads for lunch/dinner and even eggs if I am havin a b-fsast slump.

Yummm - so good!!
