Gilraen
Hi, I am looking for supplements and found this one, which is really well rated (on other websites). It contains bovin colostrum (from milk) but claims that is lactose-free. Does it worth trying? As it the same effect than the Jarrow you recommend? Many thanks! Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 16, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 16, 2013 I think this one is a bad choice based upon design, ingredients, and price. In other words, I think it is a rip off. Most people do very well during a Whole30 without supplements. Most don't actually need any supplements when eating the Whole30 way. Unless a competent health care practitioner is recommending specific supplements based upon your current conditions, I would recommend that you focus on eating good food for now. If you believe you have specific issues that would benefit from supplements, here is a list of 4 articles from the Whole9 site that address good choices among supplements... http://whole9life.com/2010/08/whole9-supplement-evaluation-checklist/ http://whole9life.com/2010/09/supplements-part-ii/ http://whole9life.com/2012/04/probiotics-101/ http://whole9life.com/2012/09/digestive-enzymes-101/
