Diet challenges!

Hi there!

I was introduced to Whole 30 by my sales vp at work and I like it.  I need to see if it will/can be molded into an way of life for me.  I have high blood pressure so low salt it is, on an anticoagulant so it can't be high in Vitamin K or potassium, have blood loss anemia so I take iron pills and my kidney function is worsening.  Inflamation is not my friend and I can't take Tylenol due to the kidneys.  Natural ways to keep inflamation at bay is my goal.  

I have an email to my nutritionist but haven't heard back but I am hoping that someone out here in the real world is navigating this same  adventure and has some advice.
