This is the second time I've done the Whole30, and the results have not been nearly as dramatic. That's okay...I knew it was a possibility. 

However, what is discouraging is that I am in the Day 20's and am still struggling with occasional headaches and lethargy. It's certainly not even close to tiger blood! Any ideas why this might be happening? I'm definitely getting protein and a healthy fat at every single meal.
