Went off track at Thanksgiving and it went south ever since....So today is a successful day number 1 and here are my foods: B: Eggs with steak, apple, coffee black L: Salad greens, radishes, GF beef grilled, sweet potato slices D: Chicken with ghee scampi sauce over fresh spinach greens Homemade butternut squash soup S: Grapes Nordic walk for 45 mins Back to the grind.
