Kat Getto Posted January 29, 2013 Share Posted January 29, 2013 Hello, Today is my 2nd day of Whole30. I woke up with a major headache and feel like a train hit me. I did the sugar bindge this past weekend.( I must have not remembered this part when I read "It Starts With Food." I am really looking forward to leaving behind my addiciton to sweeteners and sugar!!!! I tend to be an emotional eater. I have been struggling with food allergies, IBS, constant weight gain for last 8 years or so. I am really looking foward to changes in my body and mind in regards to food. Yesterday, I had a very delicious frittata for breakfast, Ground Mexican Turkey for lunch, and Cod, mushrooms, and butternut squash for dinner. My crossfit workout was very intense last night, so was really missing my protein shake afterwards. I am hoping that this "hang-over" leaves soon.
