leaningonjesus Posted February 2, 2013 Share Posted February 2, 2013 What do you think of this meal. 3 diced parsnips, 1/2 diced onion, 2 cups diced roast beef, sautÃ© in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. saute till parsnips start to brown, add add onion, cook till soft, add meat and brown, Top with 4 eggs turn heat down to low and cover till eggs are done.
