Swollen ankles? Day 27

My ankles are fairly swollen. Enough that they could be called cankles : ) I've been eating the same things throughout my Whole 30; beef, chicken, bacon and eggs, a ton of vegetables, very little fruit and nuts, some fish, and good fats like avocados/olive oil/ghee/olives. I would not say that I have overdone it on any of the salty things I'd typically blame, like bacon (sugar free from US Wellness Meats) or olives. I am drinking at least three 32oz. glasses of water every day. There's no pain involved. I get more than an hour of physical activity/day. I've also noted that my urine has been fairly light in color and this morning was noticeably darker.

Any thoughts?
