Day13

9 hours sleep

M1 bowl of pumpkin soup followed by breakfast mince ( turkey, zucchini, sweet potato and blueberries), two cups of decafe with coconut cream.

Felt exhausted and stressed this morning (hence the coffee craving), but I really want to do a high energy gym class in an hour... Decided I need to eat more to feel better so as a Pre WO had two boiled eggs and a small sweet potato.

Body attack (340cal)

Post WO 3 dates and a few macadamias

M2 breakfast mince with extra blueberries, olives.

M3 strawberries, coconut cream, brazil nuts, carrot, cocoa

M4 pork spare ribs, bok choy and mushroom soup, egg and hazelnut fritters....., cocoa....

Hmmmm went a bit overboard with food today especially nuts, cocoa, coffee and fruit. Wonder if the coffee triggered that or my mood triggered all of it. Anyway paying the price now with extreme gasiness so will be extra strict tomorrow. I do think its a bit of a delayed reaction to the stress of booking in for a surgical procedure... My 8th one :( I've pushed it out to May so I can enjoy Easter and Anzac day and of course finish my whole100.

Off to have some probiotics and digestive enzymes now!

Day14

7.5 hours sleep

M1 steak and soup

M2 6 hours later... Breakfast mince, cantaloupe, cocoa,

Damn cocoa....

M3 dates, nuts, morre cocoa, coconut cream, even had some potato chips!

Note to self! Step away from the cocoa!

Now I feel itchy, bloated and yuck!

M4 a nice frittata with bacon, spinach and sundried tomato and a baked sweet potato dish with eggs and raisins (yes swypo but fo my sons birthday while they had vanilla slices)

So after a good 12 days the last two were a mess. But that's life and I guess I have to expect some ups and downs on a whole100.

Ready for an up tomorrow.

Day19

4 hours sleep, kept awake with stomach pain, still have it today :(

M1 decafe coffee, bacon and eggs, getting sloppy, bacon probably wasn't compliant but getting near the 80 day mark and just couldn't be bothered about the one gram of sugar that might be in it. Other than a white potato or two it is the only intentional off road so far so reckon that's pretty good

M2 peach, macadamias, tomato

M3 beef burger, ghee, soup, melon, dates

M4 fresh young coconut yum!

Going to switch to paper based recording for awhile, seems to help me keep a better eye on food volume and frequency... I really want that tiger here by the end of the month!
