I had bought some coconut milk powder, and was wondering if it would be compliant under Whole 30 rules. The ingredients are: Coconut Milk Solids,Maltodextrin ,Milk Protein (Sodium Caseinate) ,Acidity Regulator (Sodium Phosphate) Everything but the Coconut milk solids sound suspect, so any guidance would be appreciated!
