Star
I think I know the answer to this question. BUT. I have a family party my mom prepared for later this afternoon. I drove her crazy not to use sugar...or soy....or honey....She just proudly informed me that she marinated all the meat in this mixture of olive oil, salt, pepper and WINE!!!! AAAAH!!! Is there any way I can eat it?? This is going to be an awful predicament if not. PLEASE REPLY!
Wynne Jones
I'm sorry no one was able to get back to you. I was fast asleep. What did you end up doing? The same thing happened with me and my mother. She dredged pork roast in white flour before cooking it Hope it all worked out for you!
Kirsteen
Sorry nobody got to you in time but I think, as you said, you do know the answer. Wine is a no-go on a W30 including for cooking. How did you get on? you didn't mention what day of W30 you're on.
Star
WOW! I DID IT! Day 22. I seriously thought I was gonna throw it all away just then. Jolly glad I didn't! I managed (a little sneakily I must confess) to avoid the meat without my mom noticing! -And piled on all the compliant stuff. Really relieved!
