Do I need additional fat if I'm having salmon?

I've been having salmon regularly (fresh, not tinned) and usually baking it (with a drizzle of olive oil) or steaming it. I usually have it with a huge salad and 1/2 avocado. I know salmon is high in "good fats" so I'm wondering if I need the avocado, incase I'm overdoing it in the fat department.

Any thoughts?
