kayell
I'll be out there in late July and early August. It's after I'll finish my Whole30, but I'd like to stay as close as possible. Suggestions? (for places to eat, things I shouldn't miss)
Carie Skeahan
I am not familiar with that area, but I read in a different section about using Yelp. You can search terms like "grass-fed" "gluten free" or "paleo" and you should be able to find some places in the area. Hope that helps.
TimN
If you make it to Santa Fe, there is an awesome chocolate house called Kakawa that serves gluten free and sugar free baked goods and chocolate drinks, old school style. I highly recommend the trek north for it. My favorite is the aztec warrior, 100% chocolate( not dutch) with chilies, herbs, and hot water. Highly recommended...
