Up until I started Whole30 I used to get 6 inch Turkey subs from there all the time because it was one of the only moderately "healthy" meals that I could get at the hospital that I work at. Delaine Ross Posted March 23, 2013 Share Posted March 23, 2013 It's amazing how much bad info is out there. In college - I was on budget and also fooled my Jared's Subway weight loss claims. I would buy a foot long Subway Sub and eat half for lunch and half for dinner. Every. Day. Can't believe I put that stuff in my body thinking it was going to make me leaner...
