Ward377
Does anyone have good Whole30 woman's mulitvitamin they can recommend? I get a little lost reading all the ingredients and different brands that add unnecessary additives to make themselves different. I am looking for something with good amounts of iron and vitamin D since I am deficient in both. Other supplements I am curious about would be fish oil and something for joint/muscle pain. I have a combination of low back problems and was wondering if any one out there had a good supplement they had found. Thank you!
