fittwinmom
Doing my first whole30 and I am nursing 8 month old twin boys, who are still nursing during the night. I am getting about 6-8 hours of broken sleep. I get up and nurse 2-3x a night. I get so hungry throughout the day and even at night. So my question is, is it ok to snack? Is it ok to snack on some almonds during my nursing sessions at night?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 25, 2013 Moderators Share Posted March 25, 2013 You should eat enough that you are not hungry more than a short period before your next meal. You may need to eat 4 to 5 meals per day to keep up with nursing twins. Rather than just eating some almonds, it is better to eat a meal. If not a full-size meal, at least a mini-meal. fittwinmom
Ok, I will try incorporating more meals through the day and see if that helps. Thanks
