Jinkse21
I am starting Whole30 tomorrow and I am looking forward to the changes to come! I went to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods today to pick up things to get me started. $180 later, I am off to a good start! Eek! Oh we'll, since I won't be going out to eat spending $20-$30 for dinner and beer a few nights a week as well as eating out for lunch several days, I think it's a bargain! Is anyone else starting on 4/2??
Kirsteen
Hi, welcome. Stocking up with good food - you're off to a good start Yes, it can seem expensive to start with but, as you say, you'll save in other ways. There are also plenty of threads here about how to cut down the cost and lots of cheap ideas. good luck and keep us posted.
