I have been following a loose primal plan for approx. 3 months. and I am still been dealing with bad dairy cravings. Along with my dependence on dairy, I have only lost 10 pounds and have another 30 to lose. I want to get rid of my cravings, increase my energy and have motivation to get back to the gym again.
