Didn't track yesterday. Stayed on plan. But I'm gonna let it ride.

Day 16 Breakfast

Mark Sisson's recommendation for a "Big Ass Salad" with

50/50 mix, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumber, homemade balsamic vinaigrette, and "the best chicken you will ever eat."

onions, 50/50 mix (greens), chicken/apple sausage, 4 egg scramble

Kale meatballs (from everydaypaleo.com)

Pulled pork bbq, avocado, strawberries

Day 18 "Breakfast"

1.5 pork chops (from Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook - AMAZING!)

Brussels sprouts

1/2 avocado

Walked 1.5 miles w/ wife

Day 18 "Dinner"

Slow cooked chicken

Brussels sprouts

Salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette

(Didn't add fat, due to coco oil in sprouts, olive oil in dressing, & avocado in salad)

Yesterday was short day (2 meals), due to sleep schedule, today was longer (4 meals)

*tried to keep it quick to catch up on some much needed sleep
