Good morning Day 2!

I forgot to post here yesterday, which was our day one. The husband and I are doing our first whole 30! Today is day two, day one was easy, we'll see how day two is :) I didn't get my day one email yesterday, I was a little bummed. Got it this morning so I'm betting my start day is off? Who knows, bummer! The husband is having a hard time following through already because of his job, crossing my fingers I don't end up being alone in this!! Anyway, just thought I'd post (though late) and see if there's an off chance anyone else is on day 2, but I know Tuesday is a weird day to start haha!

So I'm on Day 3 and I've noticed that yesterday and today I just don't want to eat. I haven't really felt that hungry, and haven't had too many cravings really (though last night I'd have killed for cake....) I honestly had to sort of make myself eat every now and then because I don't want my system to go into crazy starve mode. Should I be worried about that?
