Sunny Mae
Hi! I am a student-athlete and compete in Track and Field. I do not run long distances but have high intensity work outs and lifts. I completed the whole 30 through the month of february and now have started up again April 1st for the rest of my track season. I feel great, however at night i tend to get hand/foot/upper hamstring cramps. I am not sure if this is because I am missing something from my diet or what is causing this. I wouldn't ever get cramps like this before. Thanks for your help!!! : ) -- Sunny Mae
Robin Strathdee
Hi Sunny! You may want to try a magnesium supplement. Many folks around here enjoy Natural Calm.
