dlash13 Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 Hi, I'm Danielle and I am starting Whole30 on May 1st. I have followed a Paleo diet off and on for the last year and a half. Lately I have felt my habits sliding further and further down a slippery slope and need to get them in check. I have always remained gluten free since my husband has a severe allergy, but gluten free pasta is my nemesis. I know how foods effect me, but still find myself eating them just to end up miserable a short while later. I also need to re-evaluate my relationship with food. On top of the foods I am eating, I am finding my portions are getting excessive, I am eating out of boredom, and am caving to my cravings left and right. NO MORE!!!! I've had it and now to start! I gave myself today and tomorrow to prep, shop, and share my decision with those around me before embarking on this goal! I am calling these 30 days a goal and a rejuvenation, no a challenge!
