Meatloaf and ketchup recipe

I made this Meatloaf recipe tonight and it is fabulous! Ketchup too! This will be my go to ketchup recipe for sure... I also plan on adding a little horseradish to make a cocktail sauce! I made it exactly as written except I used a mini meatloaf pan (8) and have enough leftover meat mix for another batch which I froze. I did cut down the cooking time to 45 mins.... could have gone even a little less. As far as I can tell it's Whole30 compliant. For the tomato paste I used Muir Glen Organic Tomato Paste. Ingredients: Organic Tomato Paste and Naturally derived Citric Acid. If you like meatloaf definitely try this one! Yummmmm!
