Stomach Pain/ Reaction??

I have a question. I am on day 5. I am expereincing a little bit of stomach pain, but more of a gas pain. Very hard to describe- almost like I could poo at any time (I know it is TMI but really don't know how to explain it). IS this part of the transition, or could I be having a reaction to something? The only thing that I have changed from starting is having ghee. Can that do it? Any help would be deeply appreciated? I must say that this is my third attempt at the WHole30 since 4/24. Since then, there were only two made days. So this is my first CLEAN 5 days.

What kinds of veggies have you been eating? If you aren't used to eating veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, etc., they could cause that feeling. I know that when I eat too much of them, I get that. <_<
