Kirstin Posted May 8, 2013 Share Posted May 8, 2013 OK, day 7 and feeling so, so tired. Everyday i have been waking with a headache from hell, is this normal? I thought by day 7 I was supposed to be feeling full of energy! Is this fatigue and headache normal? If so how long does it last - I have never felt worse. Kirstin Posted May 9, 2013 Author Share Posted May 9, 2013 Thanks for the link. just need I need to hang on in there, but finding it really hard to workout which is also having a negative impact on psyche.
