I will need to go grocery shopping tomorrow, so I will try to stick as close to the challenge as I can tomorrow until I can get to the grocery store, but then I will definitely begin on Monday! I am very nervous because I have been recovering from an eating disorder for almost 4 years now. I have made SIGNIFICANT improvement, but I still can't find that healthy relationship with food. From what I have been reading about the Whole30 challenge, this will help me in my journey. I hope I can really stick to this....for myself and my health! Read every single label when you're shopping, don't be afraid of eating fat, and don't even think about counting calories or weighing yourself! You can do this...it's only 30 days!
