Hi there 

please help me because i was on day 3 when i realized my probiotic was not whole 30 compliant

what about this

Sorry, the glycerin, corn oil & caramel make the D3 out, and there appears to be rice in the Garden of Life Multi-vitamin (which, given you'll be eating Whole Foods I think you could do without ;))

What she was saying is that when you eat a variety of colors of veggies, variety of proteins and fats, you should not need a vitamin supplement for the 30 days...
