LisaMarie47 Posted June 15, 2017 Share Posted June 15, 2017 Today is Day 25 of my Whole30. I have to be honest. I'm a little over it! I have followed everything to the letter. I can tell that I have lost some weight, but my energy level has been so low throughout this entire time that my workouts have completely tanked. I am frustrated because I still miss the things I am giving up everyday, and the way I feel is not making up for it. Feedback welcome. Thank you! Are you including pre and/or postWO meals? How much water are you drinking? How many hrs sleep are you getting each night?
