  1. I am on Day 17 of my first Whole30. One thing I've discovered is how very serious my insomnia is. I guessing I was using alcohol to help me get to sleep and without that, my sleep is mostly brief and my attempts to fall asleep torturous. I also just discovered that I have been inadvertently eating sugar in snack that I though was whole (mini LaraBar). I haven't even had that many of them (5 over the course of the past 10 days?), but I'm aware that I'm supposed to start all over again. I just don't know if I can keep up with this lack of sleep. I have tried plenty of sleep aids and techniques, so please don't think I'm green with this decades long problem. I do have an appointment with a sleep specialist next week. So really I can say one good thing coming from the program is that it got me to see how bad the problem is and to seek help. My question now: Should I really keep up with this before I get my insomnia straightened out? And oh my goodness . . . . that little bit of sugar . . . . it's not like it's an allergen, right? Do I really need to start over? I don't think I can take it with my sleep the way it is. Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.
  2. Hello, I am planning to start my first Whole30 reset tomorrow. I am wondering if all Primal Kitchen products are Whole30 compliant? I have three salad dressings, in particular: Greek, Ranch and Caesar. Also, what is their any quick way to check a product's compliance while in the store? Thank you!
  3. Hello, I am getting ready to start Whole30 and I think I will find myself in the same place as you. I can see it's been a while since you posted and that no one responded to you. I hope you are doing well now and got this figured out. It'll be something I need to figure out for sure!!
