kirent
I ate a piece of broccoli today and the moment I bit into it I knew it had butter so I spat it out. I searched to see if this small bite of dairy would make me have to start over or not but couldn't seem to find an answer. There was a thread that I believe said sugar (when spat out) was okay but things like wheat were not. Where does dairy stand in these small accidents (where you put the food in your mouth but end up spitting it out or stopping after a minute amount)?I'm asking because in the Butter Manifesto, in the comments it was said that "Even a tiny bit of milk solids can aggravate inflammation in the gut." Susan W
I dont think I have seen any post or info regarding spitting food out. However, I think you are fine. Carry on.
kirent
I must have misread. I was referring to this thread where it looks like someone accidentally took a sip of lemonade: http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/376-question-i-accidentally-had-a-swig-of-homemade-lemonade/ Thanks for your response! Susan W
That was a year ago. Tom was describing the difference between eating a bite of wheat and eating a bite of sugar. Anything spat out is okay. For example..toothpaste isnt an issue because it is not ingested even though they put some crazy stuff in it.
