First day of my Whole30!

I am really excited to be taking this journey. I have tried so many different diets but always get discouraged and give up. This time I am focusing on staying on plan and feeling better and not just on my weight.

My joints are bothering me, my sinuses are a mess and I just don't seem to have much energy these days I am looking forward to feeling better and to improve my relationship with food. Staying off of the scale is going to be difficult but I know that it will help me in the long run.
