hiennnguyen
Hi, I am starting my second whole30 and while the first one greatly improved my skin and energy. For my second whole30, I want to make changes and try to reap even more benefits! anyhow, here is a sample of my meals for the upcoming week (which is basically the same everyday) Breakfast: three scrambled eggs, 1/2 avocado, palm size of grapes or blueberries in 3-4 cups of mixed greens Lunch: Two baked chicken breasts w/ skin on them, 1/2 cup of roasted veggies, 3-4 cups of mixed greens, 1/2 avocado Dinner: One whole catfish fried in ghee (used thumb sized of ghee to cook the whole week's worth of catfish), 1/2 cup of roasted veggies, 3-4 cups of mixed greens, palm of blueberries I'm mostly uncertain about the two chicken breasts possibly being too much for one meal? also, should I limit fruit to just once a day? Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 20, 2013 Moderators Share Posted May 20, 2013 Your meals look good. The chicken breasts depend on their size. Some are small enough you would need two. Some are large enough that one would be plenty.
