Jinkse21 Posted May 20, 2013 Share Posted May 20, 2013 Ask away! It's better to ask than to assume. Spices are allowed. Just watch out for the spice blends that may contain sugar or MSG. Penzey's has some awesome blends like Sunny Paris that I love to use on eggs and veggies. I use a lot of sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic poweder, cumin...the possibilities are endless! Garlic salt is great on sweet potato "fries"; went through a whole jar of white pepper since January...yeah, we like flavor in this house!
