habitualpurpose Posted September 8, 2013 Author Share Posted September 8, 2013 Day 20 Meal 1 - 4 eggs - baby carrots Meal 2 - green beans - sweet potato medallions - seafood mix (shrimp, mussels, clams, sausage) - rosemary chicken This was lunch at my dad's 75th birthday party. There was a little bit of cheese on the green beans which I tried my best to eat around and the oil used with the potatoes may not have been compliant. I am making the decision to not let this throw me off or negate my W30 since my previous W30 re-introductions have shown that dairy and other oils are not an issue for me. I did however abstain from cupcakes, bread and risotto!
