Oh Whole30 How I Have Missed You!

Day 20

 

Meal 1

- 4 eggs

- baby carrots

 

Meal 2

- green beans

- sweet potato medallions

- seafood mix (shrimp, mussels, clams, sausage)

- rosemary chicken

This was lunch at my dad's 75th birthday party.  There was a little bit of cheese on the green beans which I tried my best to eat around and the oil used with the potatoes may not have been compliant.  I am making the decision to not let this throw me off or negate my W30 since my previous W30 re-introductions have shown that dairy and other oils are not an issue for me.  I did however abstain from cupcakes, bread and risotto!

 

Meal 3

- green beans

- sweet potato medallions

- seafood mix (shrimp, mussels, clams, sausage)

 (left overs)

I've noticed you've added Lara bars to lunch a couple of times as you've still been hungry - would it be possible to have a little more protein and fat instead? If your at work or out, you could have an emergency small can of tinned fish in oil perhaps?

Thanks, amberino.  I'm planning on doing another W30 shortly after I finish this one and hope to spend that time "cleaning up" some things like better planning, no lara bars, working more veggies into breakfast, etc.
