Love_running
Would tea with coconut oil in between meals be considered as snacking? I think I can use more fat because After i.m done with excercise it is my dinner time.I don't have time to eat post wo meal so I make my dinner little larger but without fat. SpinSpin
I don't believe it would--what about coconut milk instead? I really enjoy making chai tea with coconut milk (canned of course!) and I find it to be really yummy and soothing. I have Numi chai teas that I use--they are the holiday blends that my local store was closing out of at the end of season and they were half off and I snapped them right up! I have black tea chai for before noon, rooiboos chai for afternoon and a white tea holiday blend that is very nice as well, very light. Post wo meals are very small--like 1/2 a chicken breast, small amount of fish, but no fat. But do eat fat with your dinner--very important!
