You see I was beginning to fell a little downhearted because I didn't think I lost any weight or ever looked better. So I decided to take some pics last night, may I add just after a big meal and I was pretty chuffed at the results! Please do not copy or use these pics because the before fat pics are really embarrassing! Seeing the change has given me the boost that I needed to finish this programme and continue this lifestyle!
