Kirsteen
Hi Jim, Here's the meal planning template http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Meal-Planning-Template.pdf Also if you go here http://whole9life.com/itstartswithfood/ and scroll down you'll find lots of other stuff you can download like the quick start guide, the shopping guide etc. If you search the forums you'll find lots of breakfast threads with loads of ideas in them. The very best thing I could suggest is thst you read the book but in the meantime any more questions just ask away. good luck
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 18, 2013 Moderators Share Posted June 18, 2013 Leftovers make a good breakfast... chicken curry with carrots, pork stew with turnips, fish poached in marinara sauce with bell peppers and olives, etc. I am a big fan of wilted greens with ground beef and sometimes prepare that from scratch for breakfast. The idea of eating something different from cereal, toast, or eggs for breakfast is weird at first, but once you start eating regular food at breakfast, it seems weird that people have such restricted ideas about what is okay to eat in the morning.
