Electrolyte or potassium imbalance? You might consider making a homemade electrolyte replenishing drink (think: gatorade minus the sugar) with sea salt and a squeeze of fruit juice. I've found that, during the hottest parts of the summer, I do MUCH better just adding a tiny pinch of sea salt to my water. I can't taste it, but I can feel it kind of. The water is somehow more...satisfying? I'm not sure how to describe it, but it quenches my thirst better than when salt is not added.
