imacheesehead4
has anyone experienced achiness while doing the Whole30? My legs have been aching today (Day8) without a cause--did not exercise, lift/pull, etc. It's like a dull throbbing ache in my quads...Don't know if it's caused by the change in foods? Anyone else experience this? Very bizarre... Link to comment
Robin Strathdee
Hmm.. that one's new for me. I can't think of a reason for an ache, unless you're experiencing a fair amount of the "carb flu". But that usually comes with fatigue, digestive issues and general unhappiness Link to comment
Buffielynn
I am on Day 9, same thing...aching legs! Maybe carb flu but, I felt better yesterday than today. Link to comment

MrsStick
Electrolyte or potassium imbalance? You might consider making a homemade electrolyte replenishing drink (think: gatorade minus the sugar) with sea salt and a squeeze of fruit juice. I've found that, during the hottest parts of the summer, I do MUCH better just adding a tiny pinch of sea salt to my water. I can't taste it, but I can feel it kind of. The water is somehow more...satisfying? I'm not sure how to describe it, but it quenches my thirst better than when salt is not added. Link to comment
