katann
I couldn't find anything in it that was not ok but I am really stressed about hidden ingredients. I want to do my and stay true to the plan. Also if sulfites is in the ingredients of vinegar but then in another place it says naturally ocurring is it added or not. Thank you.
Melissa Urban
If the ingredients list is clean, then you're good to go. As for vinegar, organic won't contain any added sulfites, which is the way to go during your Whole30.
katann
Do I have to start my 30 days over if it was not organic vinegar?? And what about if we are out of town and out to dinner and they do not have organic vinegar?
vkarnowski
Mrs. Dash's lists "natural flavors" in their ingredient list, but sugar is not listed. Does that mean I'm good to go??
amberino21
"Natural flavours" aren't non-compliant, but i'd try to avoid them if you can. they are questionable! could you make up your own seasoning blends with real spices, or pick the ones without "natural flavours"
