Honey Sue
I recently bought some stock cubes with the intention of using them when cooking during my Whole 30. However, I'm a little unsure about some of the ingridients and would like to ask you if you think I should use them or not. I'm afraid I only have the ingridient list in Swedish so if you don't understand my translation, feel free to ask. Here's the two things I'm curious about: * Yeast extract (produced without acid hydrolysis - does not contain glutamate/MSG)* Palm fat (non-hydrogenated) The remaining ingridients are just salt and herbs so they seem fine, but I'm not sure about these two. Would really appreciate some help here!
Kirsteen
Palm fat or palm oil as is absolutely fine, I use it in cooking. Yeast is allowed on a W30 and if this doesn't contain msg, that's great. I'd say you're fine with this.
