gingerselkie
My boyfriend is on day 2 and I really think he has gotten a stomach virus as he has chills, low grade fever, and very upset stomach. Everything I read says it is too early for carb flu so I don't know what this is... My traditionl response would be hydrate with gatoraide or pedialyte or some such...but I know this added sugar, etc... is not program friendly? Do I just keep him on plenty of water until this passes? Thank you in advance!
amberino21
coconut water is good for hydration and replacing lost electrolytes.....you can get 100% coconut water with no added sugar. I saw you ask before about whether he should start the whole30 again - i'm not sure, but him being well is important! hope he feels better soon!
