Freylah
I can buy the Thai Gold but it's not always in stock and is twice the price so if this is sufficient as a back up that would be great It contains sodium carboxy methyl cellulose mono-and Diglycerides if fatty acids xanthan gum Thanks
Freylah
It should be noted that it states suitable for Vegans so the mono-and Diglycerides of fatty acids would be vegetable based (I'd hope!)

Healthy_in_Hawaii
I'm trying very hard to avoid all sulfite, which seem to be in everything! Especially canned items, i.e. coconut milk. And I really need coconut milk on the Whole 30 to make it bearable. But I found some coconut milk with NO ADDITIVES! Hawaiian Sun brand--it is in the FREEZER section, in a square bag. The ingredients are simply: coconut milk, water. That's all! I was first alerted to it when I saw Nom Nom Paleo blog post about frozen "fresh" coconut milk. There is another brand, called "Profood Hawaii's Best" 100% PURE Coconut milk. The ingredients list is simply: coconut milk. YAY! No water, even! It is also in the FREEZER aisle. It may be a long shot to find it where you live, but good luck! Maybe in an international/imported foods store? ...
