Two questions

I keep looking at ingredients on spaghetti sauce (orgnic) and there are no sugars but it has 4 or 5g under sugar on the nutrition label. Can I have this?

Also my balsamic says it contains naturall occurring sulfites. Is this ok?

As long as the sugar is not listed as an ingredient, it's fine. You aren't trying to eliminate carbohydrates (all of which are sugars on the nutrition label), just ADDED sugars

And yes, naturally occurring sulfites are fine
