Natalie__ Posted August 7, 2013 Share Posted August 7, 2013 I have a wacky schedule and trying to see what others are like. What times do you eat your meals at? Is there an appropriate amount of time in between that is needed? Personally, I have a long work commute (4 hours round trip) so I can't tell if I should switch to 4 meals a day or just 3 meals and a snack. Here is what I have been so far (on day 7 of my first whole 30!) Meal 1: 6:30 AM Meal 2: 11:30 AM-12 PM Snack: 3 PM Meal 3: 7 PM I usually workout in the evening so if I want a post workout meal, I just eat after (usually around 10:30PM).
