Natalie__ Posted August 7, 2013 Share Posted August 7, 2013 I have a wacky schedule and trying to see what others are like. What times do you eat your meals at? Is there an appropriate amount of time in between that is needed? Personally, I have a long work commute (4 hours round trip) so I can't tell if I should switch to 4 meals a day or just 3 meals and a snack. Here is what I have been so far (on day 7 of my first whole 30!) Meal 1: 6:30 AM Meal 2: 11:30 AM-12 PM Snack: 3 PM Meal 3: 7 PM I usually workout in the evening so if I want a post workout meal, I just eat after (usually around 10:30PM). Roz Griffiths Posted August 7, 2013 Share Posted August 7, 2013 I have meal 1 at 7:30am, meal 2 around noon. Then if my OH is home, we'll eat meal 3 about 5pm. amberino21 Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 on my long workdays, I eat like you - make sure your "snack" is a mini meal though, with protein/fat/vegies (I generally make a bigger than normal breakfast, and eat half at 6/630am and the second half at 11, then lunch at 3ish.)
