Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 I'm on day 27 of my W30, but last week I realized I'm having a problem with eggs (I get light-headed, then extremely sleepy), and now, I'm just realizing I'm having a mild allergic reaction to carrots as well. Do I start over and go 30 days without these foods as well as non-compliant foods, or do I start my reintroduction on schedule, leaving eggs and carrots out for a time?
