Day 6 it was a Bear but got through

Day 6 started out great.  I had a portabella mushroom sauteed spinach and poached egg benedict - with avocado on the side and a litte fruit on the side. Iced green tea and lots of water. at 8:30 am

 

Then it went down hill. I did not eat lunch at the right time. I was busy and pushed the envelope.  SO at 2 pm I was cray cray hungry.  I made a chicken salad with celery and carrots, artichoke hearts, radishes, 1/2 apple and a little compliant baba ganoush.

 

But then I wasn't hungry for dinner so at 9 pm I ate a 1/2 apple and some almond butter.  Not out of compliance but not good.

 

Day 7 is starting out great.  I am prepared, prepared prepared.

Wow 2 - 9 pm without being hungry? How much chicken salad did you eat? 

 

Personally if I'm not hungry within a 5-6 hour window I make myself eat at least part of my next meal to ensure everything stays balanced and I get enough calories. Sometimes I don't feel hungry until I start eating.

 

Yay for prepared and that meal 1 sounds AMAZING!
